I'm a certified women's health coach specialising in endometriosis, hormone health and perimenopause. If you're struggling with endometriosis symptoms, painful periods or you're juggling co-conditions like chronic fatigue, insomnia or digestive issues all while trying to continue with life, work and relationships - I've been there. Deeply restorative reflexology and yoga

Enjoy reflexology for deep relaxation with me in two tranquil locations in the Hope Valley (Peak District National Park) and Guisborough (North Yorkshire). I'm trained in Clinical Reflexology to provide treatments for overall wellbeing and specialist treatments to support you in managing your perimenopause and menopause symptoms.

My yoga one-to-ones and workshops focus on gentle, mindful movement. I am also trained in Menopause Yoga with Petra Coveney. Menopause Yoga involves movement tailored to each stage of menopause alongside sharing useful information and resources to guide you holistically through your perimenopause and menopause.

 

I'd love to help you take the first steps for your wellness, so you can find calm and give yourself permission to slow down.
